Luis-Ramon Torres, a senior at Bakersfield Stockdale High, won the boys 110-meter hurdles in a wind-legal 15.13 seconds, along with securing the 300 hurdles title in 39.89 at the CIF Central Section Masters meet, also known as the Valley Championships, at Veterans Memorial Stadium at Buchanan High in Clovis. Torres also took 10th in the 100-meter dash in a wind-aided 11.07.
