Daniela Ruelas, a senior at Arroyo Grande High, won the girls 100-meter hurdles in a wind-legal 14.13 seconds and also triumphed in the 300-meter hurdles in 43.33 seconds at the CIF Central Section Masters meet at Buchanan High's Veterans Memorial Stadium in Clovis, Calif.
