Bakersfield Liberty senior Morganne Hill won the 100 hurdles in 13.94 and 300 hurdles in a state-leading 41.76, in addition to contributing to a second-place finish in the 4 x 400 in 3:52.51 and a fourth-place effort in the 4 x 100 in 49.33 at the CIF Central Section Masters meet at Buchanan High.
